The Association of Sport Psychology (asp) and the Federal Institute of Sports Science invite to the 44th annual conference of the asp.
The conference takes place during a boat trip from Kiel to Oslo and back in a unique atmosphere. This year’s topic will be “Competence and Responsibility in Sport Psychology”. With this, the asp takes into account the current reorganizations concerning the sport-psychological education and training. Additionally, it faces the
latest discussions about depression and burn-out in high-performance sport.
The conference addresses young and experienced researchers as well as coaches and practicing experts from the application fields of sport psychology.
The secluded atmosphere of this special voyage offers exceptional possibilities for an intense exchange.

The conference takes place in the conference and meeting rooms of the M/S Color
Fantasy on the way from Kiel to Oslo and back.
It begins on Thursday, May 17th 2012 at 1 pm with the embarkation at the "Norwegenkai" and ends on Saturday, May 19th 2012 at 11 am.
