Envío de resúmenes y trabajos

Los autores de los temas libres y carteles deberán enviar los resúmenes al Comité Científico antes del 15 de Marzo de 2012 a la dirección electrónica: [e-mail]

El Comité Científico analizará los resúmenes presentados y notificará al autor sobre su aprobación. De ser aceptado para su inclusión en el Programa Científico, le solicitará el envío del trabajo en un máximo de 10 cuartillas antes de 15 de abril de 2012.

En el caso de las conferencias, simposios, talleres y mesas redondas, los expositores deberán enviar un resumen con no más de 250 palabras antes del 15 de Abril de 2012 al Comité Científico.

NORMAS PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE LOS TRABAJOS

Los trabajos deberán estar estructurados de la siguiente manera: resumen, introducción, objetivos, materiales y métodos, resultados, conclusiones y referencias bibliográficas.

Para el texto se utilizará MS Word o formato PDF de Adobe Acrobat y se escribirá en hojas tipo carta (8½ x 11), a un espacio entre líneas, en fuente Times New Roman (12 puntos) con las especificaciones siguientes:

Título centrado, en mayúscula y negrita, con no más de 15 palabras.

Los nombres de los autores se escribirán a tres espacios del título. Se pondrá solamente las iníciales del nombre, seguidas de los apellidos, y entre ellos estarán separados por comas, subrayándose el nombre y apellidos de quien hará la presentación.

A continuación, se identificará la (s) institución (es) de procedencia de la forma siguiente: nombre de la institución, dirección postal, ciudad y país. A continuación, deberá agregarse la dirección electrónica.

Las imágenes, tablas y/o gráficos deberán formar parte también del documento de Word o

PDF.  El documento no excederá de un mbyte de tamaño.  En caso de que sea mayor de 500 kbytes, debe ser compactado en formato multivolumen con tamaño máximo de 500 kbytes.

PRESENTACIÓN EN CARTELES O POSTERS

Se presentarán en formato de 82 cm (ancho horizontal) y 110 cm (largo vertical). En el horario asignado para la discusión, el autor principal deberá permanecer junto a su trabajo para responder preguntas, por lo que tendrá que estar inscrito en el congreso.

El pago de la cuota de inscripción al Congreso se hará en efectivo directamente en el Palacio de Convenciones de La Habana en el momento de la acreditación.

Formas de Pago

La cuota de inscripción, así como otros pagos a realizar en Cuba, se abonarán en Pesos Cubanos Convertibles (CUC), moneda de circulación oficial del país (el pago del evento será en efectivo en el momento de la acreditación). Esta se puede obtener a su arribo a Cuba en el propio aeropuerto, hoteles, sucursales bancarias, casas de cambio (CADECA) o en el centro de convenciones, a la tasa de cambio prevaleciente ese día. PRESENTATION OF ABSTRACTS AND PAPERS

Authors of free oral topics and posters must deliver their abstracts to the Scientific Committee before 15 March, 2012 to: [e-mail]  

The Scientific Committee shall analyze the delivered abstracts and then notify the author on its approval. Should this be accepted within the Scientific Program, the author shall then apply for the delivery of the paper to be published in the memories of the congress. The completed papers must be delivered to the Organizing Committee before 15 April, 2012.

In the case of conferences, symposiums, workshops and round tables, presenters must deliver an abstract of no more than 250 words before 15 March, 2012 to the Secretariat of the Congress.

PREREQUISITES FOR THE PRESENTATION OF ABSTRACTS

Abstract shall have the following format: title (in capital letters, center margin, not exceeding 20 words), author(s), lecturer’s name underlined, institution(s), Email address, country and topic of the work, type of presentation and audiovisual means required. Abstract should not exceed 250 words, in Arial 12, single space, in Word 6.0 or higher, including: introduction, objectives, methods and conclusions.

RULES FOR PAPER PRESENTATIONS

Papers must be sent before 15 April, 2012, in electronic format, to be included in the memories of the event. These shall consist of 10 pages and structured as follows: summery, introduction, objectives, materials and methods, results, conclusions and bibliographical references.

MS Word or PDF Adobe Acrobat format for text shall be used in setter type sheets (8½ x 11), one space between lines, font Times New Roman (12 ) with the following specifications:

Centered title, capital, bold letters, not the exceeding 15 words.

The names of the author shall be written at three spaces from the title. Only the initials of the name shall be displayed, followed by the surnames, which shall be separated by commas; the name and surname of the presenters being underlined.

The institution(s) of origin shall now be identified in the following way: name of the institution, postal code, city and country. The e-mail address shall then be added.

Images, charts and/or graphics shall also be a part of the Word or PDF document. The document shall not exceed one mbyte.  Should this be larger than 500 kbytes, a multivolume compact format must be given to it to a maximum size of 500 kbytes for each volume.

PRESENTATION IN POSTERS

They will show up in 82 cm (horizontal width) and 110 cm format (vertical length). In the schedule assigned for the discussion, the principal author will have to stay next to his work to answer questions, for which he will have to be registered in the congress

ENTRY FEE PAYMENT

Entry fee and other payments to be effected in Cuba shall be borne in Cuban Convertible Peso (CUC), official currency in the country (Payment shall be done directly upon accreditation). Delegates shall have access to it upon arrival in Cuba at the airport or at hotel, banks, exchange houses or the convention centre, at the updated rate.

The following currencies are exchangeable: Euros, USD, Canadian dollar, Mexican peso, British pounds, and Swiss francs.

Payment of the congress entry fee shall be done directly at the Havana Convention Center upon accreditation.

Conferencia de Clausura: "Jogos Olímicos e Psicología"

El Congreso se estructura atendiendo a las siguientes áreas temáticas:

1.  Actividad Física y Salud: Entender la práctica de actividad física como una fórmula para mantenerse sano, para prevenir problemas de salud, como complemento en programas terapéuticos de rehabilitación, un estilo de vida, etcétera

2. Deporte de Alto Rendimiento y Tecnificación: Contemplar el entrenamiento de los deportistas de élite y/o tecnificación. Sistemas de evaluación, diagnóstico, detección de necesidades, adecuación de metodologías de entrenamiento, etcétera.

3. Iniciación deportiva y deporte escolar: Concebir el deporte y la actividad física en edades tempranas como un elemento integrador de componentes educativos, saludables y de crecimiento personal, como un instrumento válido para la socialización, desarrollo de la personalidad y adquisición de valores, etcétera.

4. Psicología social del deporte: Entender el deporte como un instrumento en el que la psicología social unida a la práctica de actividad física, facilita la mejora de aspectos psicosociales: inserción social a través del deporte, procesos grupales, retirada deportiva, experiencias en ámbitos empresariales, violencia en el deporte, etcétera.
